Eligibility

You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging within 14 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at support@kyotosagano.com with your order number.
2. We’ll send you return instructions and shipping details.
3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable. Items must be in original condition for full refunds.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange for a different size or color, please mention it in your return email, and we’ll guide you through the process.
